All Authors and Attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

REGISTRATION

To be published in the FRUCT Conference Proceedings an author of the accepted full paper shall register to the conference and the paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference unless the Conference or TPC Chair granted written permission for a substitute presentation. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers - please note that one registration is valid for maximum 2 papers.

Fees:
RG-01: Discounted registration for student and PhD students before 30.10.15 - 2000 RUB (27 EURO)
RG-02: Discounted registration for academic and startups before 30.10.15 - 3000 RUB (40 EURO)
RG-03: Discounted full registration fee before 30.10.15 - 4500 RUB (60 EURO)
RG-04: Registration for student and PhD students from 30.10.15 - 2900 RUB (38 EURO)
RG-05: Registration for academic and startups from 30.10.15 - 4200 RUB (56 EURO)
RG-06: Full registration fee from 30.10.15 - 6000 RUB (80 EURO)
RG-00: Registration fee waiver grant (shall be confirmed by email from conference/publication chair)
People listed in the Black List cannot take part in the event. Such registrations will be automatically cancelled without refund.

VISA

Please account that citizens of EU, USA, Japan, Korea, China and majority of other countries need to obtain visa for entrance into Russia. Participants are responsible for completing all legal formalities regarding their visa prior to entering the Russian Federation. The procedure of visa application varies from country to country and could take more than 2 weeks. We would recommend to start it as soon as you know about your participation in the conference. Please check this with your local Embassy of Russian Federation. If you need invitation letter please contact us by email info <at> fruct.org at least a month before the conference

PAPER SUBMISSION

SUBMIT your Full paper (6 - 12 pages) or extended abstract for poster/demo proposal (1 - 4 pages document with standard paper header followed by the abstract text). Please note that at least one author of a paper shall be registered to the conference before submitting the camera ready version. Also note that extended abstract is an internal publication on the conference and the corresponding papers will NOT be sent for publication to IEEE and other external databases, nor included in any indexes.

Please submit your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word, LaTeX. Please note the following major changes in the templates: The size of page should be Letter (21.59 cm × 27.94 cm). If you are using Word margins must be: top - 1.9 cm, bottom - 1.6 cm, left - 1.57 cm and right – 1.57 cm. The archive file shall include .pdf and the source document in MS Word or LaTeX done according to template. Please make sure that all images in your paper are in black & white. Later, in case of some questions with the format, our editors may ask you to also send the original file in Word or LaTex.

After review all papers and abstracts have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted in camera-ready form. If authors do not fulfill requirements and comments of the reviewers it could be a reason to reject a paper, even if its general quality is high enough.
