AINL FRUCT 2016 conference registration page
*PLEASE NOTE: Authors registration deadline is October 26, 2016.
All Authors and Attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

REGISTRATION
To be published in the AINL FRUCT 2016 conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted Full paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Conference or TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented Full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Short papers and Works in progress will be published only in the conference proceedings.

RG-01 - Discounted registration for students and IEEE members, before October 20, 2016 - 2000 RUB
RG-02 - Discounted registration for representatives of universities and academia, before October 20, 2016 - 3000 RUB
RG-03 - Discounted registration for other categories, before October 20, 2016 - 4000 RUB
RG-04 - Normal registration for students and IEEE members, before November 5, 2016 - 3000 RUB
RG-05 - Normal registration for representatives of universities and academia, before November 5, 2016 - 4000 RUB
RG-06 - Normal registration for other categories, before November 5, 2016 - 5000 RUB
RG-07 - Late registration for students and IEEE members - 4000 RUB
RG-08 - Late registration for representatives of universities and academia - 5000 RUB
RG-09 - Late registration for other categories - 6000 RUB
People listed in the Black List cannot take part in the event. Such registrations will be automatically cancelled without refund.

VISA
Please account that citizens of EU, USA, Japan, Korea, China and majority of other countries need to obtain visa for entrance into Russia. Participants are responsible for completing all legal formalities regarding their visa prior to entering the Russian Federation. The procedure of visa application varies from country to country and could take more than 2 weeks. We would recommend to start it as soon as you know about your participation in the conference. Please check this with your local Embassy of Russian Federation. If you need invitation letter please contact us by email info <at> fruct.org at least a month before the conference.
PAPER SUBMISSION
We accept Full Papers (min 6, max 12 pages) and Short Papers (min 1, max 4 pages). Full papers should describe original, complete, previously unpublished research; these papers will be presented during the conference as oral presentations. Short Papers describe research in progress and will be presented as posters or interactive demonstrations.
Please submit your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word, LaTeX. Please note the following major changes in the templates: The size of page should be Letter (21.59 cm × 27.94 cm). If you are using Word margins must be: top - 1.9 cm, bottom - 1.6 cm, left - 1.57 cm and right – 1.57 cm. The archive file shall include .pdf and the source document in MS Word or LaTeX done according to template. Please make sure that all images in your paper are in black & white. In case of some open issues, our editors may ask you to send the original file in Word or LaTex.
After review all papers and abstracts have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted in camera-ready form. If authors do not fulfill requirements and comments of the reviewers it could be a reason to reject a paper, even if its general quality is high enough.
