KTU Opens the Competence Centre of Food Science and Technology

On Friday, December 3, Kaunas University of Technology opens Competence Centre of Food Science and Technology. It is the first research centre in Lithuania established under the development programmes of Integrated Science, Studies and Business Centres (Valleys). The Centre is exceptional for its food engineering, and technology and quality analysis research equipment concentrated in one place. The equipment is designed to model, optimize and test the manufacture and storage processes of food products.
