Klosterfrau Award for Childhood Asthma

An annual prize to researchers in basic science, pneumology, and pediatrics whose work is oriented to the better understanding and treatment of airway diseases in children. 30.000 EUR will be awarded to one person or team, with the stipulation that 20.000 EUR be spent for further research. The work must be from the past 2 years and may be clinical or basic research in pediatric pulmonology by a researcher whose major clinical training and work has been in pediatrics.
