BrightFocus provides research funds for researchers pursuing pioneering research with relevance to the prevention and treatment of glaucoma. The standard award provides funding (max. 150.000 USD for 2 years) for researchers who have already generated some amount of preliminary data, but are often required to demonstrate additional, significant progress before they can apply to governmental or industrial funding agencies.
