The 8th World Conference of Science Journalists (http://wcsj2013.org/) is hosted by the University of Helsinki during June 24-28. The organizers expect some 500 science journalists to attend. University PR and Press office has produced science-based side programme for the journalists in the brand new Think Corner in Porthania.
On Monday, June 24th, several researchers from the Department of Computer Science will demonstrate and present their research to science journalists and the general public: Hannu Toivonen, Tuomas Sivula, Roman Yangarber, Giulio Jacucci, and Joonas Paalasmaa. The full schedule is included below.
