The pre-conference is organized by Finnish Russian Innovation University (FRIU) network an open conference for enterprises and universities interested in networking in the field of innovations of technology, business and design. The purpose of this conference is to present and discuss opportunities of enhancing and strengthening EU–Russia cooperation in the area of innovation focusing on three specific themes.
