The seminar is held on October 28-30, 2014 organized by the team of FRUCT Oy, Petrozavodsk State University, Center for Internet Excellence (University of Oulu), Saint-Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of Russian Academy of Sciences and Tourist Information Centre of the Republic of Karelia.

The main section of the 16th FRUCT conference will be held in the main building of the University of Oulu. The university is located 20 minutes from the centre of Oulu. You can get there from the airport by bus number 9 or from the city centre (and the railway station) by buses 3, 9. You can also walk from the city center through the picturesque places, but the whole route will take around 1,5 hours. Below is the list of budget hotels and camping for houses' renting.
