The Finnish evening, organised by TUAS International Office, gathered the spring's exchange students together.
The year that's coming to an end has brought about various challenges. We redirected our education, and will meet the degree targets by developing teaching and enhancing graduation. Thank you for the successful cooperation!
Already for over 15 years, Turku University of Applied Sciences has had international projects and students’ practical training places in Swaziland. Also this autumn, 23 students from different fields at TUAS are doing a practical training period in the capital, Mbabane.
In November, the European Enterprise Promotion Awards finals took place in Cyprus. Finland was represented by student entrepreneurs Anna Pernaa and Emma Oranta from TUAS. They were Finland’s finalists in the category of Improving the Business Environment.

Wargaming Public Co Ltd, an important company in the game industry, operates worldwide from its offices and development centres located for instance in Minsk, Belarus. Now, TUAS has entered the game world as a cultural trainer.
Gamification industry is steadily growing. This trend is clearly visible both outside and inside Finland. Gamification, in other words, adapting the mechanics of the games into the working life is a current topic and also a reality in many larger companies.
